This post is VERY late. And I realize that, and I'm sorry. 

On the bright side, after this picture of my morning coffee, here's an awesome recipe for dirt pudding (which I made for my friends/teammates tonight)...

 

Ingredients:

- 1 large package Oreo cookies

- 2 box (3.4 oz.) instant French Vanilla pudding

- 1 pkg (16 oz.) Cool Whip

- 1 pkg (8 oz) Reduced Fat Philadelphia cream cheese, softened

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) Butter, softened

- 3 cup Milk

- 1 tsp Vanilla

- 1 cup Confectioner's sugar

Directions:

1. Crush Oreos (by hand or in food processor/blender).

2. Place 1/3 of Oreo crumbles in bottom of 14 cup Tupperware container.

3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and butter together until smooth.

4. Add Cool Whip and Confectioner's sugar, mix until combined.

5. In another bowl, mix Milk, Vanilla extract, and pudding mix.

6. Add pudding mixture to cream cheese mixture and mix until completely combined. 

7. Add 1/2 of pudding/cream cheese mixture to Tupperware on top of the crushed Oreos.

8. Add another 1/3 of cookie crumbles to container, creating an even layer.

9. Add rest of pudding mixture and top with remaining Oreos.

10. Refrigerate at least an hour or two and serve cold.
