This awesome spring weather isn't supposed to last much longer, but I'm loving it right now... Unfortunately I really didn't get to enjoy it at all today, besides walking to and from class I suppose.
Why is that? SO much to get done... Thanks to the wonders of the internet, it doesn't matter that it's Friday.
All together, I had three calculus assignments, a chemistry assignment, an online film studies class (and assignment), and a TON of research to do for my research fellowship...
So basically, I did 8+ hours of homework today... from when I got out of class until I went to sleep, I did not stop working except to eat.
I also drank quite a bit of coffee, as you can see by the gigantic nonfat white chocolate mocha featured in the next picture...
It was definitely necessary, not even so much for the caffeine as for the moral support that a little Starbucks provides when I'm stressed to the max.
Unfortunately, as soon as Lent starts on March 5, the constant Starbucks trips are coming to an end.... so long as I stick to the plan, anyway.
Since I've been so busy and stressed out lately, I haven't devoted nearly enough of my time to exercise, and I've eaten horribly. I lost about 15 pounds after the season ended... and I've probably gained at least five back this week.
BUT all is not lost, I plan on kicking my own butt again just as soon as I can. Not to mention once Lent rolls around, I won't be eating so badly anyway.
That's all for today though, I hope it's still this nice tomorrow so I can actually enjoy it!
