Another paleo post, today's lunch consisted of a lettuce wrap containing chicken, red peppers, carrots, and (of course) franks red hot!
I've found that making lettuce wraps is the easiest way to eat a paleo lunch, and it's just like eating a wrap only instead of a flour tortilla (or even a spinach tortilla), you wrap some good stuff up in lettuce and cut out a whole lot of calories, fat, and carbs.
Pretty good stuff, and I personally enjoyed my wrap a lot!
