December 18

I have some very nice friends who let me take a bunch of pictures of them even when all we do is make crafts for four hours straight!

Thankfully this girl is one of them.

Tonight, Ashley and I made scrabble letter ornaments, chalkboard ornaments, and mason jar snow globes among a few other things.

My favorite is my little snow globe... It's like Christmas in a jar and I love it!

I think our crafts turned out pretty well, and I have a few more planned to do before the end of the holiday season, but more than anything I'm happy to still be taking pictures!

I think this blog will probably get a little bit easier once spring rolls around and the outside world gets a little greener, but for now I just love the lighting of our Christmas trees.

We officially have 5 trees in our house this year, by the way. One large real tree, two large fake trees, one smaller fake tree in my room, and one baby real tree that used to be in my dorm (and now resides in the living room).

So between the crafts, decorations, and amount of baking I plan to do this weekend, I think it's safe to say that I love Christmas and embrace the holiday season!

Hopefully I'll be starting the baking either tomorrow or Friday, and hopefully I'll also be posting some pictures of the deliciousness... I think I'm making jumbles, chocolate chip, some kind of pumpkin spice or sugar cookies, and possibly double chocolate chip cookies as well. YUM.
