6am Bikram hot yoga to start my day off right today! 

For anyone who doesn't know what hot yoga is, it's yoga in a 110 degree room, so you're extra flexible and burn extra calories. 

It's one of my absolute favorite types of exercise, and since I accidentally missed it last night (I was only three minutes late!!), I went this morning at 6am instead since there's nowhere in Morehead that I can do it. 

I woke up at 4:45am, packed up my car, went to hot yoga, went to Starbucks, then headed back to Morehead so I could make it to my 9:10 on time... I just barely made it, too. I had to book it from where I parked my car, but I made it with a minute and a half to spare!
